Our Professionals
Our professionals, 19 attorneys, a senior benefits consultant and 3 paralegals - combine years of experience in our specialty fields of practice with a variety of backgrounds. With previous experience in law firms, insurance companies, consulting firms, financial firms, and as in-house ERISA counsel, our lawyers have both the depth of expertise and variety of perspectives that enable them to handle the complex and sophisticated ERISA; tax and estate planning; and labor and human resources law issues that our clients confront on a daily basis.
Three of our senior attorneys – Marcia Wagner, Russ Gaudreau and Al Lurie – are Fellows of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, an invitation-only organization of nationally recognized employee benefits lawyers with 20 or more years of experience.
