Our professionals, 15 attorneys and a senior benefits consultant, combine years of experience in our specialty fields of practice with a variety of backgrounds. With previous experience in law firms, insurance companies, consulting firms and as in-house ERISA counsel, our lawyers have both the depth of expertise and variety of perspectives that enable them to handle the complex and sophisticated ERISA and tax issues that our clients confront on a daily basis.
Three of our senior attorneys – Marcia Wagner, Russ Gaudreau and Al Lurie – are Fellows of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, an invitation-only organization of nationally recognized employee benefits lawyers with 20 or more years of experience.
