Administrative Assistant/Receptionist  Directed all incoming calls and greeted all visitors and guests; created and maintained client files which included updating data base information for accounts receivable staff; responsible for inventory and ordering of all office and kitchen supplies; managed calendar to coordinate use of multiple conference rooms; acted as liaison for all office maintenance matters.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist  Managed high traffic telephone system and directed all calls to the company’s best advantage;  provided support to all including composing correspondence for review, transcription of documents, strong skills in editing and proof reading; prepared tax and financial statements which included binding  and shipping to clients through Overnight and Standard mail; responsible for providing comprehensive office support which included responsibility for all incoming and outgoing mail.
